Insurance Plans We Accept
We currently accept the following insurance plans:

- Medicaid (Utah)
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Optum/United Healthcare
- University of Utah Huntsman Mental Health Institute
- Cigna
- EMI Health
- PEHP
Coverage and authorization requirements may vary by plan.
Private Pay Options
We also offer private pay options for families who prefer to self-pay or whose insurance plans are not listed above. Our team is happy to discuss rates, scheduling, and payment options in a clear and transparent way.
